Refund & Return Policy

At Hajra’s Legacy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every item before dispatch, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Please note, items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product you received was faulty or damaged, and
  • A replacement is not available.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Sale or promotional items

5. Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Hajra’s Legacy reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
