Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise noted).
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive a notification (via email or WhatsApp) when your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • We ship from our Lahore, Pakistan hub to all major cities within Pakistan.
  • Standard shipping is available free for orders over PKR [insert threshold] within Pakistan.
  • For international shipments, or locations outside major cities, shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Pakistan: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
  • International: Delivery time varies based on country and courier; usually 7–21 business days, excluding customs delays.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed—factors like courier delays, customs checks, or unforeseen events may affect arrival.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
  • Use this number to monitor shipment status via the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • If your parcel shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
  • For mis-delivered or lost parcels, we will work with the courier to locate the package. If confirmed lost, we will offer either a resend or refund, depending on availability.
  • Delays caused by customs, natural events, or force-majeure (strikes, weather, etc.) fall outside our direct control. We will still assist but cannot guarantee resolution in these cases.

6. Changing Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, any additional delivery cost or return-shipping cost will be your responsibility.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Shipping Policy covers shipping only; for details of returns or exchanges please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
  • Items returned because of an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any refund.
